The AN-48002800M mobile large vehicle security inspection system is specially designed for the safety inspection of freight cars and containers at ports and border ports. It reduces the time-consuming and laborious safety inspection of trucks, containers and vehicles.
Core Capabilities:
Through X-ray fluoroscopy scanning, the images of the material, volume and quantity of the goods in the vehicle are generated to check consistency with checklists and detect threats such as explosives, drugs, and contraband.
The system uses an adjustable electron accelerator from 4MeV to 7.5mev. Up to 60 vehicles can be checked per hour in mobile scanning mode and 100 vehicles per hour in through scan mode. It features a high-speed image data acquisition circuit up to 0.80 meters per second.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: What is the maximum penetration of the X-ray system?
The system uses an electron induction accelerator (4-7.5MeV) capable of penetrating up to a 330mm thick steel plate.
Q2: How many vehicles can be inspected per hour?
The system can inspect up to 60 vehicles per hour in mobile scanning mode and up to 100 vehicles per hour in through scan mode.
Q3: What are the scanning modes available?
It supports both mobile scanning mode (where the frame moves over the vehicle) and through scanning mode (where the vehicle drives through the frame).
Q4: Can the system detect radioactive materials?
Optional equipment includes automatic radioactive material detection (ARD μ) to detect gamma and/or neutron materials simultaneously with X-ray inspection.
Q5: What image processing features are included?
The software includes edge enhancement, sharpening, image inversion, histogram equalization, organic/inorganic matter removal, and real-time video monitoring.
Q6: What are the environmental operating requirements?
The system operates in temperatures from -20°C to +43°C (with options for colder climates), up to 95% humidity, and has an IP45 waterproof rating.
