The HTAJ series ethylene oxide sterilizer is designed based on the advantages of similar products worldwide, utilizing advanced computer technology, automation technology, welding technology, and precise process design. This intelligent all-in-one machine features one-button operation, divided into three critical stages:
Reaching the optimal environment before sterilization.
Adjustable sterilization time for maximum efficiency.
Compulsory elimination of gas residuals with adjustable cycles.
1. Power: Connect the main wire from the power distribution cabinet.
2. Air Supply: Connect the air hose to the air compressor or tank.
3. Water Inlet: Connect the water inlet pipe to the water supply.
4. Drainage: Connect water and air drainage pipes to the sewage outlet.
5. Overflow: Connect the overflow pipe to the sewage outlet.
6. Dosing: Connect the stainless steel dosing pipe to the ethylene oxide bottle.
