The horizontal, sealed tank structure ensures steam evenly fills the interior, achieving a killing rate of over 99.99% for pathogenic microorganisms such as E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
2. It processes various solid medical waste (water content ≤80%) including disposable syringes, dressings, cotton balls, and laboratory consumables. The operation is fully sealed with thickened pressure-resistant materials, eliminating steam leakage and secondary pollution risks.
The complete set includes the sterilizer body (high-pressure tank, air inlet/outlet, safety valves), transfer carts, air compressor, water softener, electric steam generator, induced draft fan, photo-oxidation equipment, and PLC electrical control cabinet.
